Who We Are
One Corplegal is a UAE legal and business consultancy founded by two lawyers and a business setup specialist. We work with individuals, entrepreneurs, investors and companies on legal, corporate and company formation matters.
The firm was created around a simple observation: business and legal decisions often overlap. A founder choosing a company structure may also need a shareholders’ agreement. An established company may need help with a corporate change and the documents behind it. An individual may need a will or power of attorney that reflects their circumstances.
Our business team handles company formation, licensing and corporate procedures. Our lawyers handle legal advice and documentation. When a matter requires both, the teams can coordinate the work.
Our founding team brings more than 10 years of professional experience and has assisted with over 300 company incorporations in the UAE. One CorpLegal has offices in Dubai and Sharjah and supports relevant business procedures across the Emirates through its PRO network.
